GREEK YOGURT MASK

Plain Greek yogurt (Make sure its not fat free)
depending on what you want to add, you can add all sorts of different things to the yogurt! the following are ingredients you might consider adding 1 of the following:

a couple drops of lavender essential oil

a couple drops of geranium essential oil

a couple drops of rose essential oil

1 tbsp organic honey
-
a very tiny bit of lemon juice (those people with sensitive skin careful of this one)
mix which combination you wish apply all over face and neck. AVOID YOUR EYES. The skin around your eyes is very delicate. Leave on for 20-30 minutes or until mask dries. Wash off with warm water. Proceed with the rest of your routine. You can do this a couple times a week.
*I really enjoy this mask because its cost effective and my skin feels so amazing afterwards!
