The Heart Meridian, also know as HT, starts at HT 1 and ends at HT 9.

 

 

HT 1 location: in the center of the armpit. This point is a great one for cold and pain in the elbow, arthritis of shoulder.

 

HT 3 location: at the extreme inner end of the crease formed when the arm is bent at the elbow. This point is great for numbness in the arm, hand tremor, cardiac pain and psychosis.

 

HT 7 location: In the depression on the underside of the wrist crease, in line with the little finger. This point is indicated for irritability, mental illness, seizures, poor memory, hysteria and insomnia.

 

HT 9 location: at the base of the pinky finger nail on the inside edge. This point can be used for mania, coma, chest pains, mental disorders, and hysteria.

 

The heart Meridian is the house of the spirit. The heart controls the transformation and food and Qi into blood. The heart controls the circulation of the blood and is related to joy.
