The Spleen Meridian, also known as SP, starts at SP 1 and ends at SP 20.
SP 1 location: on the outter margin of the big toe just behind the nail. This point is great for abdominal distension or pain, and mental disorders.
SP 6 location: 3 cun from the inner ankle bone, under the inside edge of the tibia. This point is great for abdominal distension, loose stools with undigested food, hernia and diarrhea.
Do not use this point if you are pregnant
SP 10 location: 2 cun above the top edge of the kneecap on a vertical line drawn on the inner border of the patella and up the thigh. This point is great for irregular menstration, itchy skin, eczema, psoriasis and hives
SP 21 location: 6 cun below the arm pit between 6th and 7th ribs. This point is great for pain in chest, general aching and weakness, body soreness and asthma.
According the Chinese Medicine, the spleen is responsible for transportation and transformation of different substances. The spleen is essential in the transformation of qi and blood.
