APPLE CIDER VINEGAR TONER

I LOVE apple cider vinegar for so many things! It can be used in your bath, in your drink, and also for athletes foot. But, what I would like to go over today is its use as a toner. It works great, however, someone with sensitive skin may disagree if they put it undiluted on their skin!  Be cautious of your proportions. Start out with a small amount mixed with water ( 10-25% apple cider vinegar) then go up to 50% if you feel it would work on your skin. I really like putting it on after my shower, my pores are open and skin is already soft! It does a great job of evening out my skin tone.  Below is a picture of the kind that I use.

I use the brand Bragg's, its organic and has been working great for me. I put the mixture on a cotton ball and dab on my face and voila! I let it absorb or dry and apply my moisturizer.

Be cautious about going out in direct sunlight after you use this especially if you are using a more concentrated solution. While it may not effect your skin at all, I want to make sure and point this out as a precautionary.

rOSE TONER

I have used this a few times a few years ago, and it does work great! All you need is three ingredients:

Rose essential oil

A glass tinted spray bottle

Water

When mixing essential oils its important to get the proper bottles to store them in as well. If you notice essential oils are never in clear bottles. They are usually stored in dark glass bottles to avoid deterioration from the sunlight. Proper storage will ensure the quality and therapeutic properties of the oils.

To mix the toner put your desired about of drops in with the water and voila! Mist the mixture on your face.
